Can I get some help or suggestions understanding what my mage buddy is doing wrong in his rotation? Stats aside, he's simming a lot higher than he's actually pulling and I don't know Mages that in depth. Here's the log from a low key. Any help is much appreciated, ty.

Based off of the logs you provided, your friend should check the fundamentals of the frost rotation and ideal set up. The two major issues I've seen is that he doesn't use Brain Freeze procs properly aka Glacial Spikes, Ice lances and hard casts. Secondly, Comet Storm is a must in M+. One last thing, two on-use trinkets is a big no-no.
