Fire Mage Rotation Help

Hello there,
new fire mage here and I've got a few questions regarding my rotation and what I'm doing wrong.
I currently am simming about 40k dps with my gear and have some logs of the first few bosses on nhc (cause those are the closest to the patchwerk simulation there are) and I'm barely doing above 30k. I know I was missing food/flask/prepot, but that doesn't make that much of a difference.
Clearly I'm doing something wrong so I'd appreciate a bit of help analyzing my logs and especially my combustion/blaster master rotations.
