Subroutine: Optimization for frost mage.

Hi! I've got a question about the recent changes for frost mage, making mastery and no ice lance build very viable for me. The question is whether Subroutine: Optimization and a yellow punchcard with either mastery and haste for getting away as many glacial spikes as possible or perhaps mastery and crit for harder hitting glacial spikes would be viable now? Has anyone simmed or messed around with it? Wouldn't it make the glacial spikes and icicles massive when you squish most of your stats into mastery?

Been using it on my mage alt with subroutine optimization red punchcard. During combust with full blaster master stacks and if the trinket procs i get about 70% mastery and can burst for 80k or so at 405. Almost revered on him so I’ll see how good combust is with cyclotronic since that’s way less rng
