Fire in Mythic+

I've been switching to Frost spec to do my mythic plus dungeon runs, because I find that overall it's easier to perform with that spec, but I have done runs with some truly incredible Fire mages and I'm wondering about ways to potentially improve my performance? My boss dps is fine, sure, but in-between I lose a lot of damage on trash pulls it seems. I combust on trash when I feel I'll have 2 minutes before my next boss pull, but this is the only thing I've been able to do to push my numbers a little higher. I average 40 - 45k overall in dungeons as fire right now, and that doesn't feel like it's enough.

Tips appreciated, I'm feeling truly lost here.

Your mastery Is very low. No badge trinket. If you look at
Mages that pump, I would even say are in top 1000 on raider.io they run ashara font + badge.
