Arcane Stats?

Sorry if this has been asked here before but can't seem to find the stat priority for Arcane. I assume it's Int>mastery> but not sure what the other stat order is. Also I was wondering if multistrike is any good for arcane as I have been running frost so have a couple items with multistrike/mastery on them.

In general Int>SP>Mastery>Multi~=Haste>=Crit>Vers.

The middle stats all depend on your own personal stat weights though. I've swung from Haste #3 to it now nearing crit while Multi pulls ahead. When in doubt, sim it out.
