About Dark Glare
We exist since May 2008 and have successfully raided every tier since then. We've achieved numerous realm firsts in various raid sizes since creation - you can find more information about specifics on our website or by talking to me. We are looking to fill out our team for Warlords of Draenor, and our aim is to go for realm-firsts and to be near the top between all realms combined (Moonglade, Steamwheedle Cartel, The Sha'tar).

Currently we're at 8/10 Mythic in Blackrock Foundry and we had 6/7 Mythic in Highmaul before the release of BRF.

What do we expect?
We expect about 75% raid attendance and a strong wish for raiding, as well a burning desire to better yourself skill wise in-game to be able to achieve realm-firsts. We expect you to prepare both tactically and mentally for progressing on hardest content while it is fresh and that you will not create problems. It is expected that you are open to learning and integrating yourself to long exsisting community and do your best when representing the guild in public venues.

What can you expect?
You can expect to have a steady raid-spot if you are good enough and consistent enough to make the main Mythic raid team. You can expect that we will provide as good raiding environment as possible, open communication and honesty in regards to your personal and raiding status at any moment in time. You can expect certain amount of rivalry and constructive criticism (comes with the territory of progress raiding at higher level) in hope of improving your play, but above all you can expect fairness.

We provide drama free environment and stability. You can expect full dedication towards good results and long-term quality and stability of the guild.

You can expect to be a part in attempts to do raids fast, efficient and to race for realm-firsts with other like-minded individuals. That is our final goal and all we do is aimed in that direction.

How does loot work?
In Mythic raid we use group delegated loot council, where several officers and guild members are part of the council combined which then make the choice who gets the item. The people who want the item that are on loot council are taken out of votes and generally loot is distributed through consensus, discussion and many things are taken into account, from activity, to skill, current gear level and aimed gearing for specific encounters. We have tested this system thoroughly in the last tier and it has proven beneficial to our overall gearing and output levels for vast majority of cases.

Monday - 20:00-24:00

* Server time - As we clear we reduce raid times to 1-2 days.
