How to get the Great Akazamzarak follower

Hi guys,
anyone knows ho to get the Great Akazamarak follower?
We need to do something specific before he drops the quest?

i got the quest for him in the order hall after i unlocked flying.

I don't have any starting quest either and I've had flying for 4 days... I let all my followers come back from quests, tried changing specs, reloaded ui .. pretty much anything I could think of. There must be some hidden prerequisite I haven't done.

i had flying from my main (not mage) and didnt have the quest for akazamzarak. My mage got revered with Armies of Legionfall a few days ago and now I have Akazamzarak on my mage.

My best guess is completing Champions of Legionfall unlocks a daily roll.

I got the quest for him last night. He showed up next to my Order Hall missions board. It's about 10 minutes of silliness involving rabbits in hats.

I don't have flying, but I do have the Champions of Legionfall mission completed.

just follow the quest chain with sweeping up arcane dust, silly rabbits and a couple of more stupid quests and you have him

the problem is that quest chain starts at akazamzarak next to your class hall mission map and he doesn't have a ! like he should... no one seems to be able to tell me why... maybe it is indeed a random chance.. as always rng sucks the fun out of the game
