Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Jaina, Sylvanas and Tyrande are behaving really weirdly with haste. The delay between their attacks seems to be drastically reduced by increased haste. Still investigating why.
Deathdefier's log with 21% haste, lots of delays of around 0.8 sec prehaste: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/jC ... iew=events" target="_blank
Deathdefier's log with 25.49% haste, almost completely eliminated delays (ie. 0.0 sec):
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/jR ... iew=events" target="_blank
Komma's log with 34.06% haste, very low delays (~0.2 sec):
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/nH ... s&source=1" target="_blank
EDIT: Oh, and some reverse engineering for Tyrande and Sylvanas from my log:
It's pretty much confirmed that the archer heroes have a base 2.0 second attack speed.

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Some initial results from looking into haste and pet delay
We need a LOT more data at the lower haste end to make real conclusions. High Haste data currently have 10x more data points than the low (21 or 20)% values. While this is enough to say "huh, this looks weird" it is NOT enough to make any conclusions.

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Build 20157:
Arthas and Jaina damage nerfed. Tyrande and Sylvanas buffed. Overall damage increase reduced. Interestingly, they now use new spell IDs for their attacks. Also, they now inherit 1141% (!!) of spell power as their attack power.
As seen from DeathDefier's log, they now all do similar damage. Expecting a similar 8-9% single target gain when I'm done fixing sims.

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Side note: Arthas, Tyrande, Sylvanas deal physical damage, and are affected by armor. This means they do more damage on the AOE level 100 dummies than they do on mythic boss (103) dummies.
Against mythic: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Bw ... itical%3D0" target="_blank
Against level 100: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Bw ... itical%3D0" target="_blank
The average hit damage difference is clearly noticeable.
All 4 pets have base damage. Curiously, from reverse engineering 20157 testing logs, Jaina appears to have very nice coefficients: inheriting 500% of player spell power, 50% coefficient on her Frostbolt, and has 2750 average base damage.
Judging from logs, all 4 pets are dealing comparable amounts of damage. I think it is safe to assume that "tuning" of 2T18 pets is officially complete.

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Looks like a hotfix went onto PTR affecting 4T18 Frost. The tooltip is unchanged, but "increases duration of Water Jet by 4 sec" has been changed to "increases duration of Water Jet by 10 sec".
Without set bonus:
With set bonus:
Not just a tooltip error, it actually lasts the full 11 second duration
23.97% haste
11.29 * 1.2397 = 13.996 seconds prehaste. This indicates that Water Jet was increased from 4 seconds to 14 seconds.
I don't think this is the only hotfix that occurred. There must be a lot more. Please report any that you find!

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Pet damage has been nerfed by ~45% compared to previous build 20157 testing.
EDIT 1: Temporal Power is still 12%, which is good news.

Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
the arcane 2 set change and the frost 4 set change are confirmed to be the only mage set changes, quite a lot of other class set bonuses got buffed/nerfed also (affliction 2-set nerfed by 66% lol)I don't think this is the only hotfix that occurred. Re: [PTR] 6.2 PTR Tier and Trinket Testing
Client data says FoF buff is 100% -> 140%, but patch notes say 100% -> 120%. Testing reveals that 140% figure is indeed correct.
Crisis averted.
