Pretty sure nothing has a higher maximum than (AB/AM to 3-4 ACs with MoD somehow not proccing or proccing double) + (MoD procs on PC) + (Mage chooses when to use ring) + (AM procs on most of the opening ABs, along with being used ASAP). The problem, same as everything else, is how often you get that to happen.

More probable/slightly lower maximum? Dunno. When I looked at comparisons of PC timings on the pull for MoD abuse I only looked at average DPS (text display). Didn't bother going into the HTML and looking deeper.

Yeah ideal would be to get to 4AB, have 3 AMs proc, AP, PC lust, then AB and MOD on PC, unload all your AMs in the PC and then spam AB's in to the PC, you'll get 400k DPS opener easily.

Boy oh boy. Current rank one on Iron Reaver peaks at 992k DPS during the opener and that number will only get higher with full ilvl upgrades and 795 ring.

What I find especially interesting is that there's no consistency whatsoever between the top parses in terms of openers as every other one seems to be using a different one. Guess that just speaks for the amount of RNG this tier. As long as the killtime is good it doesn't really matter what you're doing as long as you have good procs.

I think it's quite interesting that such a large amount of the top parsing Mages are trolls. Berserking appears to be quite insane on the opener.

Let alone Arcane Missiles in the middle of a burn is an inherently high RNG part of the spec that won't go away with the trinket, exacerbated now further with the Tier 18 bonuses.

if you PC before the pull and crank up your AB just before the boss is in position you actually dont lose much dps time, probably less then half a second,

Don't you lose seconds on that PC being there being only hit doing 0 damage?

Well if you do it that early then yes, but its not hard to time it so your first hit lands as the boss gets there.,maybe you lose 1 second :p.

It's not all roses. It's pretty easy to go over haste cap with racial + lust

Does the fixed amount of damage of DN proc (which is in description of trinket) scale with ilvl of the the trinket (warforged, valor boosted), or it grows only for a fixed amount, depending on whether it is normal, heroic or mythic trinket?

It scales as the ilvl increases, whether its wf or valor.

I recently got mythic POF and wanted to get some rough numbers of it's procs on pull, so i spent an hour or so doing pulls on manaroth and resetting with G invis.

Talents were SN, ROP, PC.
I dropped ROP, PC,AP then fired 4 ABs in to my crystal. 0 Means it did not proc on anything, 1 means it procced on crystal, 2 meant is procs on the badguy (fell iron summoner).

I know it's a tiny sample size but i plan on doing 200 or so pulls and getting a rough proc rate of crystal vs bad guy.
