Possible to solo H LK25 without H IJ trinket?

Yes. I did it with Heroic PBoY and BBoY and 578 iLvl.
However, I'd recommend you playing Fire for soloing this fight, due to the fact that 90% of what you do is Scorching and running. IJ trinket only makes it slightly easier to not fall below 90% health in the first phase(This to avoid Infest killing you.)
