I just found it by accident and I decided to share it.
In Dalaran there's a wandering NPC - 'the amazing zanzo'.
When You speak to him he can learn You how to polymorph to pig, but also he will teach You Blink+, which blinks You in the direction that You move rather than in front (works for Shimmer too).
This is amazing and I dont get why this is learned from some random npc. Probably most of mages would never learn it because of it...
