Yup did that when I was targeted with aim and forgot I had convulsive shadows too...

Also, not mage specific, but during Beastlord progression we were discussing our strat and I decided to break open the ol' toy box... Popped Haunted Momento with Beastlord targeted and watched in slow motion as a small creep went up and tapped the boss >_>

first day after 6.0 hits. Guild goes mythic. I had that new t1 talent. Iron juggernaut... jumped on mine with it turned on. You should have seen that look on my face...

I too didn't blink into tiger pits.

Slag mines. Third boss. Boulder comes blink off bridge to avoid it.

Tried to blink from one falling orb into the other to stay in range of koragh. Turns out blink was too short and an ice orb ontop of my head.

Flamebender mythic... get targetted by the meteor, decide I will Ice block it in 5 seconds. Get greedy and try to use that last Pyroblast before Ice blocking ... GCD doesn't finish in time, can't activate Ice block fast enough, die. And this was the first meteor of the fight ;_;

Yeah, I did the GCD thing last night too. Having a great Oregorger pull, probably could've ended up top 20-25, which is huge for me. But of course I'm noticing how its going so I tried to squeeze out as much dps as I could, and was on the GCD when I needed to blink away from one of his rolls.

Mythic Gruul progression. We chain Aspect of the Fox during the intermission phase and I had an Overhead Smash pointed at me so I started spamming Blink only for it to not do anything because I was still mid-cast on a Fireball. By the time I realized I needed to hit escape to cancel the cast it was already too late. =/

And that's how I finally realized I needed a stopcasting macro for Blink.

I fucked up not one, not two, but three PC's today on Maidens in one pull The ignites with that talent are just glorious, but goddamn it can be frustrating

Through some ridiculous luck, I managed to turn an epic fail into the highest combust I've ever seen. Just messing around on normal Hans n Frans, I forgot to equip the oregorger trinket over my darmac one. I managed to get two crits in a row on the pull anyway, and then the 4p decided to actually proc off that first Pyro!. 100% crits into crystal with haste and multi trinkets up resulted in 98.8k combust crits.

Out of curiosity, has anyone seen a log with a 100k combust crit that isn't Mythic Kargath?

Double spreading ignite then tab targeting to the maiden that was too far to get either ignite and then pressing combustion automatically.

Got greedy dpsing during Kromogs new 1 shot roar cast, tried to blink last second, blinked just a little too far past the pillar and died D:

New to fire, and just learn the double ignite trick last night before this thing happen.

Build a 34k ignite on hansgar, switch to franzok, and cast combustion. Wheres the fail part? Oh, i forget to IB hansgar
