Best secondary-stat compositions for all Mage Specs

Hey there, about 2 weeks ago I have created a topic with a description of a gearing strategy, alternative to stat weights approach. The topic gained some of your enthusiasm, so I decided to develop a way to obtain precise results in a faster way. It was originally in Fire Mages section of the forums, but I developed profiles for each spec so we can all profit.

A quick description:
We assume a character with an 880ilvl. The sum of all the secondary stats would be a little above 20,000.
My question was: What would be the best stat composition, having 20,000 stats to distribute? Of course you would not be able to collect 20,000 of one stat, so I have set the limits to present the case accurately. You won't find every possible combination in the batch, because the total number of them is enormous. Only the top results are presented. Below you can see the results.

That looks like some nice work, but as frost depressing. Since our legendary has close to 1000 mastery on it, pretty tough to get the stat values you list. So, have to start looking way down the list. No idea why (so far) that our legendary has our weakest stat on it, when Fire and Frost are optimal.

Don't worry about that. These simulations don't assume any legendaries worn, and having them actually change the stats a little. You will still wear them for the effects they provide OR even additional Intellect in case you have nothing else to wear. Keep in mind that these compositions are not a strict guideline to greatness. It's more like a general direction.

I'd like to see the distribution with the leg bracers, maybe we'll have a huge difference for the haste I don't know...
And probably a lot of mages have them now so it would be cool to see if there's a huge difference or not.
