Looking for a castbar addon

Hi,

My UI is based on ElvUI.
Generally I'm very happy with it, but there's one thing that spoils the impression - ElvUI's castbar.
First, it shows wrong number of ticks for Evocation (it doesn't know that the first tick is instant).
Next, I think (not sure, but have a feeling) something is wrong with it's latency indicator (and I think it's important to avoid AM clipping).

So what do you guys use to track spell casts?
And by the way, how do deal with AM clipping, UI wise?

Gnosis has accurate ticks and it's easy to setup

They've fixed Evocation ticks for ElvUI.
Also, they've added support for 4P T17, but I'm not sure if it's accurate.
