(Frost) Tome of shifting words WA?

Just wondering if there's a way to pop up an icon as a buff from tome of shifting words when I frostfire bolt. In case for whatever reason...I'm forgetting to weave it reminds me that I have the buff. Minor thing but would be preferable for me personally to have on the screen.

However when "weaving" I don't see any buffs pop up on my screen, leading me to believe this isn't possible.

Tome has nothing to do with Frostfire bolts and a weakaura wouldnt be so helpful because it would pop up for less than 1 sec after every frostbolt cast
