WA for Mythic Xhulhorac: Fel Chain cast bar?

WA for Mythic Xhulhorac: Fel Chain cast bar?

Like most most guilds, we are using 3 mages to evanescence the fel chains.

Is there a WA to see when the boss BEGINS to cast empowered chains on you? Because sometimes one of us isn't in position to bait the chains, and I waste an evan CD in the heat of the moment watching the timers.

I'm curious what WAs other mages here use for chain duty.
