Annoying frame

Hey guys, how can i hide this frame(bottom middle in red "square")?

It appears in combat only and i dont see any ElvUi options for disable it.

Looks like a target of target frame. Under Elvui's options, UnitFrames>TargetTarget Frame.

Hehe, sadly not so simple :)
Its new blizzard frame which was introduced in legion.
Noone even know how it calls in addons :C

UPD:
Guy from another fun-site told me how to disable it.
Interface -> Names -> Uncheck the Personal Resource Display box.
For Elvui, its in the Nameplates section, Disable Player Frame.
