Mouseover Single Action Flamestrike?

Hey guys! First time poster long time lurker

I was wondering if there's any macros out there to make Flamestrike a mouse-over single button spell?

I remember back in MoP I had the warrior heroic leap as mentioned above but I don't remember for the life of me how I got it?!

You're remembering wrong, this has never been possible for ground targeted abilities (and still isn't) within the scope of the in-game tools (you could do it using keyboard macros/autohotkey or things of that nature but it would be against the ToS technically).

/cast [@cursor] Flamestrike

for smartcasting Flamestrike
