Gear Addon

Is there a good gear addon that I can quickly see if a piece of gear is an upgrade?

Pawn.

Use simcraft to calc your stat weights (eventually with multiple scenarios, like single target and 4-target for example), configure them in pawn, and it will display how much % you win for each piece, or you can compare 2 pieces for detailed compare.

Stat Weight Score addon is also good for it. Very simple too. It doesn't have the bloat of pawn, straight to the point of just weight score.
