Need help finding an old general purpose WA or updated

Back in late WoD when I played a frost mage I found a general purpose WA that I can't find on wago, but was pretty sure I found it on here. It tracked Lust duration and potions. Except it showed the icon with a timer on it and a bar that would shrink as it ran out of time. The one I found on waigo are all just an icon with a timer on it not with a bar that shrinks. Does anyone have one of those?
