[WA] Arcane HUD w/ Kilt manabar

Finally finished my arcane HUD so I thought I'd share

USE WITH ADDON "MASQUE" TO ACHIEVE THE DESIGNED LOOK, OTHERWISE RESIZING WILL BE NEEDED!
All talent choices should be working now. Only thing left is to eventually make a better indicator for Shimmer charges and a shield amount for Mana Shield talent.
Hide the aura "Kilt Mana" if not using the Mystic Kilt of the Rune Master legendary.
