New moderators, a member milestone, an update and Youtube!

Dear all,
I have some important announcements to make in this post. First of all I would like to congratulate DeathDefier and Rinoa with their new jobs as global moderators. We welcome them to the team and are looking forward to working with them! They will also take seats as IRC moderators, so come to IRC and see them with their shiny new @s!
I am also happy to say that we have hit 3000 members last night, which means we are still growing steadily. A big thank you to all our active members!
The third announcement is of a technical nature. Coming Saturday 9 AM GMT we will be doing some extensive server-side maintenance. The process will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, and during this time the forums will be completely inaccessible.
