AE Proccing AM while out of combat

Hi all,

Looked around but haven't found any mention of it anywhere. I've found that using Arcane explosion while out of combat and not hitting anything can generate procs of Arcane missiles. Does anybody know if this is intended behaviour as I'm starting to annoy my guildies with my disco ball impersonation before every pull.

It's a bug with time and space, the new golden trait. There's several threads about it on this forum. I suggest you look at those but it may be time wasted since I think that's gone on the current ptr

Without knowing it was part of Time and space, googling for anything related to Arcane spells is a PITA.

I like how they "fixed" Time and Space proc AM but didnt fixe Time and Space pulling everything through walls in lower Kara
