Rotation with Double Ring?

Looking for some advice as far as how to approach single target when using double ring. I don't have kilt. I do have Helm/Bracers and 2piece/4piece.

HOWEvER.

2/piece/4piece sims lower than just 2piece/2piece with my other gear so I've been using 2p/2p.


That being said.

Do I aim to sit around 50-60% mana until evo's almost up, burn through mana, evo, then arcane power and second lust?

With T20 p2 the only difference is that you want to use PoM during AP and every RoP + MoA combo.

So for my AP phase i want to do MoA->RoP->AP->Burn and use as many AM in that time period.

What about conserve phase though.

4x AB -> Arb. Then u do short burst when RoP + MoA is up. After that repeat sequence

When playing with Double Ring you have to remember to burn mana only when big cds are up.
