I noticed that you use your second charge of RoP during the last few seconds of AP. Isn't that wasting time that you could be using the AP buff?

It's 1 second which is more than made up for with relics. I honestly don't know where you would use it if you didn't use it there.
And I mean if you ask that why not ask why we use we use mark on pull considering we get no mana from it since we're at full mana in ap on the pull.
Some do use the x4 blast opener but going off logs there's really no difference outside of maybe losing a buffed norgs secondary proc but you can react to that pretty easily.

How does running double ring change the burn and conserve rotations?

I've been looking at a lot of the top parses and they seem to have mini burns before each MoA to ~40% mana, and generally aren't using T20 (instead using 2 offset pieces)

My 11/11M guild is now in laid back farm mode so I'd love to get back into Arcane after being forced to ditch it in NH for Mythic Augur.
