How valuable is Stabilized Energy Pendant?

As title says, how valuable is the 5% bonus mana from the neck http://www.wowhead.com/item=134488/stab ... gy-pendant for Arcane mages? Based off of my character's Raidbot sims, it gives no damage increase what so ever. Is the simulation even accounting for the mana bonus? Any personal experiences?

5% extra mana is not even enough for a 4 charge AB. That's why Simc doesn't value it that much
