Anybody use Aethys Rotation?

My guild leader recommends it for classes that are primarily direct damage to see if they are optimizing. I am just curious if anyone has used it. I was doing simple things today and found it doing odd things. For bosses, it did not do a proper opener and it never seemed to want to use Arcane Missiles. It also wanted to Arcane Barrage at like 90% mana, when I was in the middle of a burn.

Just curious of what others had found.
