Horn of Valor 980

Hello!

So i got a 980 horn of valor from my m+ chest and sims are showing to use my prototype personnel(955) trinket for ST over it. Im wondering if this can be accurate?

And if horn of valor would be the optimal pick does people hold off on burn for an extra 30sec to make a 2min trinket CD go around?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Seems i missed the trinket spreadsheet. Saw that it truly is horrible.
