Mythic+ with Arcane

Can it compete vs Frost, or would it be left in the dust? If it's a little behind I wouldn't mind and I would prefer to bring Arcane in that case.

Arcane main, I play both, frost is vastly superior, especially this week with sanguine.

I guess arcane will beat frost on specific instances and/or affixes, starting with tyrannical...
And don't forget to pick resonance, reverberate and arcane orb aswell, I've seen many arcane mages with single target talents.
