How to fit 7 arcane blast in AP+RoP aptime

So the basic idea to fit max amount of blatst`s with min required haste (for switchin in another more profitible stats).
For the current secondary stats situation its 7 blast with around 9% haste (without bl/troll raical).
We will use some tricks for that, I made some vid to help to reach that point.
