I know that Raidbots is not the best tool for measurement. But I do have a question about which trinkets I should use.

As you can see from there it wants me to use the sliver and use haste trinket. However, over on bloodmallet my T'zanes shows a higher dps value than both of those items. So my question is which combination of trinkets should I use? Raidbots recommendation or raw numbers from bloodmallet?

Something to keep in mind that bloodmallet looks at trinkets as if they're all the same Ilvl. and raidbots is just sims, they don't necessarily have to be reality,
I tend to do whatever raidbots says is good for my current gear.
BUT always keep in mind that if the fight forces you to stack then sliver doesn't give you anything and if that's the case you're better off using something else

the reason the haste trinket is so good for arcane in reality is that it always lines up for cd's and with that extra haste you will most likely get 1 more arcane blast in during that window.
something worth concidering is to learn to play with rune of power. that will increase your damage by alot aswell
