it only makes a 0.1% difference between 3x Pyro +3 and 3x Fcast +3.
Why do you even compare those? They are within error. You might as well consider them 0% different.

What is about 860 Pyro vs 865 Ignite Dmg?
And 850 Pyro vs 855 FB Casttime?

865 Ignite and the other two are quiet the same, i would go for the FB Cast time
