Dragon's Breath

Does anyone use Dragon's Breath in their rotation? (Glyphed is 172% spellpower). Maybe only for 3+ targets?

Is it insane to get close enough to use it on cooldown?

On AOE it is most certainly worth using on CD. On single target it's not a terrible idea if you're moving.

In Highmaul I've found it pretty useful on fights like Brackenspore and Twins.

As pure damage vs a fireball sure, but taking in account the fact that it doesn't proc hot streak, I don't know. Someone who is less shit at maths than me would have do calculate how much the potential hot streak buffs you would gain from casting fireball during that GCD would be worth in DPS
