Snap-shotting for Fire

Is snap-shotting living bomb worth it as Fire? If not, when would be the best time to apply living bomb?

Fire doesn't snapshot at all. Not living bomb at least. (Nether Tempest is a bit more complicated, but in 95% of the cases you don't snapshot it either.)

Refresh living bomb ~0.1-1.5 seconds before it runs out.
