Is there an equipment list comparison between the two tests?
Or just a stat dump? (Int, crit, haste, mastery, vers) for us to compare?

I really hope Meteor won't be the top choice. Srsly, its so lame. This mechanic is only good against players, when they have to stack to survive damage. But against mobs? Just lame...

That's a lot more crit than I expected.
Having trouble breaking 52% on the PTR atm.

Does it? I mean, 369k DPS on a 90M test is pretty abysmal compared to live, with 883 ilvl.

Remember this is without food/flask/pots. I've sustained a 450k build by using all consumables and also a 1.5min execute phase with the legendary belt over an 8min test.

Ptr also has a high ms for me so I do tend to clip fireblasts and have to cancel some casts here and there. It is indeed still lower than live but it has been improved significantly

Legendary belt is going to be even worse than the bracers, it seems.
Worse in terms of being a required item if you want to live up to full potential.

Even if it did, it shouldn't. We ought to be moving away from mandatory legendaries.

375 with belt (full execute, not very consistent rotation because of the ping)
325 without
Honestly, not that impressive. 15% for the 30% of the fight (but in reality - even less) is like 5% overall. Should be less than current bracers.

You also have to take into account that we basically have unlimited movement during that 30%. This is quite significant since we no longer have Ice Floes.

The current 7.1.5 SimCraft does not have to reduction of secondary stats. So you are running it with current crit-values which obviously won't be realistic.

They reduced Flame Patch damage in Legion PrePatch by 50% for exactly that reason. I was kinda surprised to see these buffs on PTR.
