Bracers and new combust time w/ artifact trait

So now that combust is 14 seconds, should I hardcast a bracer pyro proc inside of combust or just scorch/pyro spam when i run out of FB/PF?

this is probably the answer to my question which if i understand correctly means if combustion duration remains greater than that of pyro cast time then hard cast pyro if kael'thas ultimate ability is active?

Hardcasting a pyro proc has been optimal since 7.1.5; it is always a dps boost to cast a bracers proc if it goes off before combustion ends. If you're lucky you can even have two hardcasted bracers proc during combustion witch is such a great boost at pull.

This. The dream is to get a whispers proc = 3x hardcast pyro proc for the 1.7mil opener and really pop off!

Thanks for the info everyone. I don't actually have the bracers or play fire but a friend was wondering and I didn't want to give him false info.
