Legendary Head + Wrist combination

Is a Head + Wrist Legendary combination in any situations useful?
I made 2 sets: Head + Waist and Waist + Wrist but I'm struggling to build a Head + Wrist set

I use the head + bracer combo for pretty much every M+ boss because I feel like I've been getting better results with that combo on them.

Cleaving down the adds quicker is usually a good thing on most M+ bosses, and the bracers help with keeping your ST damage up.

In my experience the bosses don't stay below 30% for long enough to get good damage from the belt, possibly during tyrannical, but even then the bracers usually do more.

i'm also finding that the sims are over valuating the belt, as the fights get shorter and shorter.

if the sub 30% phase lasts anything less then 1 minute i dont see it as being better then helm or ring or even the gloves.

I use a head + belt combo for trash in higher m+ and swap belt for sephuz in lower ones. Spamming flamestrikes sub 30% is really strong especially with flamepatch and helm is obviously really sick.
