Afaik, there are no ToS fights where you would really take http://www.wowhead.com/item=132863/darc ... ire-diadem over some other options.

That being said, the 2p tier 19 isn't very strong for fire compared to say, frost. Dropping it for aoe fights or m+ to use Helm/Gloves is not a loss.

I seem to do pretty well on Harjitan/Mistress/Host with the Helm. The other 6 fights are mostly ST so the helm isn't very valuable on them.
