Just tested on PTR. Set bonus lasted the full 18 seconds on my toon. (4 traits, 2 relics and 2p)

So, how much does this increase the value of the combustion trait?

I know my current prio is still: pyro dmg, ignite dmg, fireblast dmg, combustion time, but will the increase of the dmg boost also bump the trait up to nearly the level of pyro dmg trait or not?

Check sim thread. Combustion time is huge BiS right now. Sims were done without gloves, and still all those traits are equal on ST but on 2+ Targets Combustion Time skyrocket to the top.

Tier typically gets nerfed to the ground before launch, that way if it needs to be changed we will get a buff instead of a nerf because nerfs never feel good, even if it is right
