Relic question

I just got a 960 arcane relic (murderous intent/fire at will) to replace my 930 (shadowblind/pyroclasmic ) sims 5k better. I hate giving my pyro up. Should I swap it with the lesser stats?

Probably should swap to the 960 relic.

But sim it to be sure.
