Huge orbs of Felo'melorn trick

Legion toy "Rukhmar's Sacred Memory" makes orbs of fire artifact bigger. Is it well khown fact or i just explored it?

bug since 7.3.5 I think, maybe even 7.3.2.. works everywhere.

The Blazing Medaillon from the Fire Festival makes them even huger, and then a World Shrinker? It's ridiculous.
