Someone can say anything about ulduar tw trinket`s?
I have got http://www.wowhead.com/item=45490/pandoras-plea&spec=63 with +1320 haste and chance to get buff increasing intellect by 8522 for 10 sec. I dont know how to compare with other trinkets.

Sim is against what you are using. That will probably be the best way to see if you want to use it or not.
If you don't want to do that just put it on and test it against a target dummy. Do 5 minutes with that trinket and 5 minutes with it off. Which ever is producing more DPS is most likely the better choice. If you are going to use this method you need to do at least 5 minutes. The longer you go the more procs and and other factors don't negatively effect the outcome.
