Need Help Suffering with DPS in Mythic +

Im struggling with my dps in mythic + wondering if my stats are wrong or something of about my build. Need Some guidance

ok, so first of all do you switch gear between boss/trash? (not a thing in BfA due to limitation from blizz but on live it does huge differance)
