Is it worth changing from belf to troll?

Hi guys!
I have been running a fire mage belf for this last expansion. However, I'm thinking about changing its race to troll, for the haste racial bonus, as I want to perform well with my guild in order to be able to be a fixed member in the mythic roster. Do u think it is worth the investment?
