Best Fire Mage Sets for Crushing Timewalking Dungens?

Curious, I was running a TW dungeon earlier and this monk was putting out almost double the dps of everyone else constantly, so had a gander and saw he was running old gear. So fished around the interwebs a little and it seems there are a number of pieces that contribute to some huge DPS gains while running Time Walking dungeons.

I want to know if anyone else has a set they use and wants to share?

Currently I've got HoA in neck, Spellbound Runic Band of Infinite Preservation (Band of the Archmage), Incandescent Sliver, Dragonwrath, and Head Shoulder Chest Azerite powers:
Wildfire x1, Duplicative Incineration x1, Overwhelming Power x1, Blaster Master x2, Treacherous Covenant x1, Heed My Call x1, Firemind x1, Gutripper x1


Someone suggested previous expac legendries, but when I tried to toss on Pyrotex Ignition Cloth and Koralon's Burning Touch they stayed inactive in the TW while everything else was working.
