Cast Time

Hello.

I played my frost mage for 4 months now and read a lot of akraens guides and posts. So i spec my frostmage for the nt breakpoint at 15832 haste, but the cast time from my frostbolt etc is 1,3 sec. It should be 1,0 sec, right?

A spell's casttime get's determined by the following formula: (BaseCastTime)/(1+Haste)
Haste is a decimal number so if you are at 20% haste then you fill in 0,20.
Off the top of my head the 15832 Haste breakpoint results in 54,60% Haste(Not exactly sure about that but something around those lines). As such Frostbolt Cast Time = 2/(1+0,5460) = 1,29second cast time. As Casttimes get to the closest whole number this results in 1,3 seconds cast time.
