T18 4 PC and Freeze

Has anybody else noticed that with the T18 4 PC, hitting more than 2 targets with Freeze still only yields 2 FoF and not 3/4?

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended........

Ye i've noticed this in multiple scenarios. Especially when running this week mythic dungeons for the rewards.

Both set bonuses only apply to Water Jet, not Freeze.
While it may increase the maximum amount of Ice Lance procs you can have at one time, it will not yield extra FoF charges by catching more targets in Freeze's radius.

Could be that it was just limited to 2 since that was the FoF cap previously and as such you couldn't go over. Perhaps to avoid some form of background clutter with Freezing a huge clump of enemies when you couldn't get >2 FoF anyway?

Yeah, maybe. Otherwise it would still attempt to apply like 10 buffs and it would have to check for the current number of FoFs for each enemy hit, now it just has to check for 2. I guess they should hotfix that to have freeze cap at the # of possible FoF charges.

Yeah I think they just forgot to change the cap to 4. Which is really meh. This 4 PC coding is quite odd, you can tell when the 4 PC is kicking in because the Water Jet will temporarily break (its visual graphic that is) and this sometimes also causes your pet to look like he's just standing afk on passive and not fighting
