Keep t20 2set in antorus?

Are we frost mages gonna keep t20 2set for best dps as we did in nighthold or? The 2 set is quite nice

Do you have any simulations from ptr comparing with and w/o t20 combined with t21? I assume we will use hands and head if thats the case and it doesnt get nerfed?

What i would like to know more is....do we break ToS 4 set for having a new 2 set.In other words is it worth having 2+2 set over 4 set ToS.
Didn't run any sims but 4 set bonus feels just far too valuable to me.

For mythic progress you should be able to have 4pc t21 and gloves+head t20(according to sim) ready to go as even the normal sets from antorus are 930 ilevel.

Ofc, sim is best, I will throw a guess and say if you have 4-6x flurry relic trait even the 2pc might be quite valuable in case you didnt get 4pc.

Not really. It does have to be a super high roll to compete with t20.

I did some sims... and Nighthold 2-set and ToS 4-set simmed equal with 2-set from Antorus and 4-set from ToS... for a frost mage. And the ilvl difference is huge. Of course I'm gonna stick with higher ilvl so I have at least more stamina xD

Well if you have titan forged t19 shoulders and leggings it could sim a bit higher or equal to 2t21. But the difference would be pretty minimal and with that fact hp is the key thing people should take into consideration. If you don't have high ilvl t19 you can swap it with t21 without a doubt... Difference might be small as well but 4t20+2t21 sim'd higher for me than 4t20+2t19.

Most of what I've seen posted on the mage discord and other places suggests cape and then either helmet or gloves based on how close you are to shatter cap based on your off-pieces and such (helmet if you need the crit). Probably best to just save all 3 and sim the different combinations to see whats best based off your gear.

Just wondering, on the off-chance that I manage to get say .. ilvl 915 T19 2pc, would that pair better with T21 4pc, or is T20 2pc/T21 4pc still a much higher dps output?
