[bug] Ice time without it equipped??

Was looking over logs and noticed that I had frost nova damage on Vari without casting it or ice time equipped.

Looking at events, always was after orb expired.

A lot of stuff was broken when patch hit, haven't tested it again to see if it was patched

edit : 1/17 tested on dummy, didnt do it so was patched I assume. CARRY ON
