Frost & 200+ Latency:(

I live in thailand and always have about 250 to 300 latency. I have only been playing for like 3-4 months and am ilvl 953-959 depending on gear set. i seem to miss shatter on the FB when BF is up alot. i cast FB to Flurry to IL. on some logs according to wowanalyer i might miss it like 40% of the time. is that due to latency or spellque or me spamming the buttons next in order??? also using Elvui on my castbar i know the red bit on the right side of the bar is to take in for latency and as a far as i know yet i when i cast FB before it still goes off and more offen then not produces BF more often

200 latency is annoying but before Blizzard "fixed" double lancing mages used to play with 200 ping just for more comfortable 2 lances combo. Even though such high latency can probably impact your gameplay, you still should be able to adapt. I used to play a lot with 170+ latency and was able to shatter spells.
